We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of growing brands at a high level. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing marketing budgets, and leading a team to achieve our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans for each product SKU
Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively
Monitor and analyze marketing and sales success metrics
Develop and implement innovative promotional strategies
Maintain and strengthen client relationships
Expand the B2B customer base
Train and mentor sales and marketing staff
Analyze market data and trends to inform strategies
Identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities
Set ambitious yet achievable sales goals
Track sales activities and prepare detailed reports
Brainstorm and execute creative advertising ideas
Create and present comprehensive sales performance reports
Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market
Lead and inspire the sales and marketing team
Develop a 360-degree marketing approach for in-house brands
Qualifications:
At least 8 years experience in sales management within the FMCG sector and 5 years at managerial level.
Proven track record of growing brands and achieving sales targets
Strong understanding of market trends and data analysis
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Innovative thinker with a strategic mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Must have own vehicle.
