Job Description

Tsapo Group of Companies is a fast-growing organisation in the motor industry and is seeking to employ the services of sales executive responsible for marketing and selling of agricultural equipments (i.e tractors), yellow machines, trucks, buses, vehicle spare parts and vehicle sales estimation.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects/customers.
2. Undertake new business development initiatives.
3. Recommend solutions to customers and prospects (Customer Relationship Management).
4. Ensure continuous customer liaison (Key Account Management).
5. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
6. Researches the market and recommends new opportunities (Gathering Marketing Intelligence).
7. Identifies market trends/developments, and conveys the information to senior managers.
8. Compiling weekly reports.

Qualifications and Experience

1. At least a Degree in Marketing management or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years working experience as a sales representative.
3. Clean class 4 Driver's licence (2 years and above) with hands on driving experience retest and defensive driving A MUST.

Candidate must have proven experience/exposure in either or all of the following:

1. Marketing and selling of agriculture equipment (tractors e.t.c) and yellow machines.
2. Marketing and selling of trucks and buses.
3. Marketing and selling of vehicle spare parts.
4. Proven knowledge in vehicle body repairs (doing vehicle sales estimation).
