Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong passion for the automotive industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers, following up on leads, and conducting research to understand customer needs and preferences.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers by providing exceptional customer service and support.
-Act as a liaison between customers and the Workshop Team, ensuring clear and effective communication and coordination to deliver high-quality services.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns, promotions, and events.
-Prepare sales reports and forecasts, monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
-Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about the latest technologies, trends, and competition in the auto body industry.
Qualifications and Experience
-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
-Proven track record in sales with at least 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
-Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
-Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
