We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide maternity cover for our sales team. The successful candidate will support the sales team in achieving their targets, manage sales administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, sales reports, and customer communication.
• Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Degree in Marketing
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales administrative or coordination role.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
