Job Description
The purpose of the Sales Assistant position is to provide sales support to the sales department through selling of products and sale data capturing.
Duties and Responsibilities
Front of House Duties
Selling of all bakery products to walk-in customers.
Ensuring proper display of full product range on the shelfs and refrigerators.
Balancing of cash and stock at the end of shift.
Conducting handover takeover at the end of shift.
Capturing all sales into the sales system.
Ordering product from Production in time as per product rate of sale.
Back Office Duties
Capture all sales invoices into the sales system.
Compile orders and communicate with production daily.
Lead generation through Telesales
Assist in the dispatch of orders
Qualifications and Experience
At least 5 O' Level passes
Good Computer skills
Minimum 1 year experience in a sales or customer service position
