Job Description
Able to sell and able to coach and train others to sell. Able to collect data and analyse it to improve sales. (Training available to develop one who already has the skills). Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve the sales process and the sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure the sales Admin has captured all the data needed for analysis
2. Translate all data to create the weeks strategy
3. Coach and train as required all the corrective actions neede for each sales rep in the team
4. Follow up each sales rep to ensure that they are following the daily sales process
5. Collecting 2hrly data on each rep as to progress on the daily sales process
6. Ensuring end of day sales reports and following day reports are made
7. Advising and booking meeting for the Sales Manager to talk with different sales reps and coach and train them or correct and discipline as required
Qualifications and Experience
Any relevant degree/diploma or certificate
3 years work experience in a businesses environment
Drivers license
