Duties and Responsibilities
• Establish, develop and maintain business and customer relationships
• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Manage the end to end sales process from generating leads to closing sales.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Manage all company digital marketing platforms consistently and develop and implement strategies to generate sales from these channels
