VACANCY: SALES & MARKETING OFFICER
Company: Sutherland Pastures (Pvt Ltd)
Location: Harare
Sutherland Pastures is looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Sales & Marketing
Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be confident, proactive, and capable of selling all our products, including fresh produce, hampers, and any additional offerings within our portfolio. A male candidate is encouraged to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively market and sell all Sutherland Pastures products to individuals, Lodges, Schools,
Hotels, Retailers, and corporate clients (B2B)
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs and trends
• Manage orders, follow-ups, and ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and marketing (experience in fresh produce is an added
advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to sell a wide range of products confidently
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Clean class 4 driver’s license is an added advantage
