Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our medical aid company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for identifying and implementing profitable business opportunities and securing sound business deals.
Ability to practise tele sales.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition and opportunities of growth.
Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote the company’s medical aid products and services, including advertising, email marketing, door to door sales.
Monitor and report on marketing and sales performance, using data analytics to identify areas for improvement and refine strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Possess a bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing
Have proven work experience as a sales person minimum 3 years’ experience
Creative thinker with ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a results driven mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members.
Clean class 4 driver’s license is a must
Experience in a medical aid company will be an added advantage
