We are seeking qualified and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director, the successful applicants will, among other key duties, be responsible for:
• Developing and executing integrated sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Recruiting, training, and motivating both sales and marketing professionals, ensuring alignment between the two departments.
• Identifying new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Planning and overseeing the departmental budget, allocating resources for advertising, events, and sales incentives while ensuring a high Return on Investment (ROI).
• Leading the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print) and ensuring all promotional materials align with brand identity.
• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders through regular engagement and site visits.
• Setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), tracking sales statistics, and presenting regular progress reports to senior management.
• Degree in Sales/Marketing Management
• Master’s degree in marketing
• At least 5 years’ experience in a FMCG Business
• Experience in Quality Management Systems
