Job Description

Responsible for leading a sales team by providing guidance, coaching and mentorship. Setting sales targets and goals, creating sales plans. Analysing data and building a productive sales team. Responsible for promotion of business, service, products and the brand of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring field sales agents
• Collect and record sales data and analyse it
• Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
• Conducting regular meetings with sales team and administrators
• Provide feedback from clients to the relevant departments
• Motivate sales team to achieve sales targets
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand customer base
• Conducting regular meetings with branch managers
• Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
• Compiling sales department requisitions and submitting them to the Finance department
• Resolving customer problems as needed.
• Check if branding is fully done on all cars, offices and the logo is uniform
• All marketing material must be in place on time e.g. calendars
• Monitor company phone make sure they only advertise work related posts only
• Ensure filing for the marketing department is in order
• Analyse the market regularly as well as the growth of the company

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Marketing or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years experience in the similar position
