ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a results driven strategist with a passion for driving sales growth and building powerful brand presence? We are looking for an energetic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between campaign strategy and revenue generation-developing marketing initiatives that generate leads and closing sales to grow our client base.
Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Drive Sales: Identify new business opportunities, build pipeline and close deals to meet/exceed revenue targets
. Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social channels
. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with prospects and existing clients
Market Analysis: Monitor industry, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
Collaboration: Partner with internal creative and product teams to align promotional goals.
Qualifications and Experience
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
. 2+ years of proven experience in a combined sales and marketing role; proficiency in the field of occupational health will be an added advantage.
. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
. Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
