We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading engineering consulting firm based in Harare, Zimbabwe, specializing in precision maintenance ,condition monitoring, and reliability solutions, seeking a technically skilled and business-savvy Sales Person to join our growing team. This is a strategic role focused on driving sales of our engineering products and services, including lubrication systems, condition monitoring tools, hydraulic solutions, and lifting equipment.
Identify, develop, and manage client relationships within mining, manufacturing, energy, and industrial sectors.
Prepare and submit quotations, RFQs, and tender documents in compliance with procurement standards and deadlines.
Promote and sell technical products such as lubrication systems, transformer oil purification equipment, fire suppression units, and hydraulic tools.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical consultations with potential clients.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate specification and delivery of solutions.
Track and report sales performance against KPIs and revenue targets.
Provide after-sales support and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies relevant to our offerings.
Male candidate between the ages of 27–30 (in line with operational fit).
A diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing, or a related technical field.
Proven sales experience in engineering merchandise, preferably with lifting equipment, lubricants, bearings, or condition monitoring tools.
Strong knowledge of public tendering and procurement procedures.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Tech-savvy and able to understand and explain complex engineering solutions.
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
