Our client is looking for a sales and marketing representative who is well experienced and has worked as a sales person before and will be responsible for driving sales growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of the organisation. The candidate will leverage his/her expertise in sales and marketing to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and close deals. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell our vehicle services to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background and the ability to build and maintain client relationships in the vehicle maintenance services industry and a strong understanding of the industry.
Sales Outreach: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to expand our customer base.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their vehicle maintenance requirements.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our services and products, including parts and maintenance technologies, to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Consultative Selling: Conduct assessments and consultations with customers to identify their vehicle maintenance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas while contributing to overall company growth.
Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our offerings.
Collaboration: Work closely with the service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or vehicle maintenance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance services and products is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
