Job Description

- Must be familiar with Advanced Excel , Spreadsheet and Formulas .
- Stock ordering nd stock management
-Processing of orders for invoicing
-Reconciling invoices ,payments and returns from customers
-Balancing transactions

Duties and Responsibilities

-Providing reports on sales statistics and sales team per reporting structure provided
- Managing/monitoring integrated order/invoice capturing system.
- Accounting for all incoming payments and deposit money.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of one year experience as a sales administrator
