Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
Enforcing adherence to trade terms and conditions by making regular announced and unannounced visits to conduct inspections and offer customer support.
To avail relevant information to the customers as and when it is needed.
Maintaining client records.
Handling all customer complaints providing feedback.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Product listing.
Aggressively meeting or excessing sales goals
Understanding and promoting company programmes.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications And Experience
Suitable Candidates should have the following:
A Tertiary qualification in the Sales and Marketing field.
Experience in a Sales department in the same industry is preferred.
A deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills.
Experience in using computers for a variety of tasks.
Clean Class four drivers license.
