Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

Enforcing adherence to trade terms and conditions by making regular announced and unannounced visits to conduct inspections and offer customer support.
To avail relevant information to the customers as and when it is needed.
Maintaining client records.
Handling all customer complaints providing feedback.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Product listing.
Aggressively meeting or excessing sales goals
Understanding and promoting company programmes.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications And Experience
Suitable Candidates should have the following:
A Tertiary qualification in the Sales and Marketing field.
Experience in a Sales department in the same industry is preferred.
A deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills.
Experience in using computers for a variety of tasks.
Clean Class four drivers license.
