Job Description

Entry level position best suited for recent graduates.
Role includes sales, marketing and administrative tasks

Duties and Responsibilities

• Acts as a customer contact touch point.
• Communicate with customers in person, on the phone, on digital platforms
• Communicate with internal staff to stay up to date with progress on clients’ projects
• Perform market research exercises
• Maintain sales records, compiling weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Administrative tasks

Qualifications and Experience

• Business-related Diploma or Degree
• Expert level written & verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Computer and internet savvy skills, proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with demonstrable experience in modern communication & media platforms.
