Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for the full administration of the payroll function,checking of all calculations ,payroll runs and reconsof third party payments whilst ensuring taht all deadlines are met.The incubent to ensure that all administration pertaining to payroll and benefits process is dealt with in an efficient manner

Duties and Responsibilities

Payroll and employee benefits administration.

Qualifications and Experience

-Degree in Human Resources Management/ Accounting
-Must have a FMCG background
-Minimum of 5 years experience using Belina Payroll software.
-Experience in administering payroll for over 500 employees
-A good understanding of tax and and social security requirements
-Strong analytical skills and highly logical
-Excellent communication skills
-System literate ability to manipulate MS software and Web based systems
