Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the following vacant posts that have arisen within the Zimbabwe Manpower Development Fund (ZIMDEF) - an equal opportunity employer.

Duties and Responsibilities


Duties and Responsibilities:
Registers all eligible business partners within jurisdiction of operation in accordance with the relevant legislation to ensure revenue growth.
Conducts physical inspections of financial statements or financial reports for business partners to ensure compliance.
Ensures that accounts for all business partners are up-to-date at any given period and revenue is collected accordingly within the stipulated timelines.
Collects training levy from all eligible business partners and ensures that levy debt is followed up regularly.
Monitors all business partners under Judicial Management so as to file claims to declare amounts owed to the Fund.
Educates business partners about training levy, its benefits and purpose of levy.
Attends to all client queries so as to facilitate smooth levy collections.
Prepares and produces reports on portfolio performance to include: levy collections, inspections, registrations, debtors and any other relevant reports as may be requested from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent degree
English Language and mathematics at ordinary level a must
At least 3 years' relevant experience
Clean class 4 Drivers licence
