Job Description

We are in search of a seasoned restaurant manager to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Make sure that meal is prepared and served to customers in a timely manner.
Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
Coordinate the operation of the restaurant ensuring that kitchen, bar and waiting staff are working as a team.
Analyse and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability.
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses

Qualifications and Experience

Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
Past experience as a working chef will be an added advantage.
Proven customer service experience as a manager
