DanChurchAid (DCA) is a Danish faith-based civil society organization. It was founded in 1922 by representatives of the Danish Evangelical Church, which continues to be a key DCA constituency. DCA is also supported by volunteers, supporters, and staff working hard to save lives in many countries. Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities
Review and identify economics or market information and data that is required for the research together with Officers
Collect and verify data through household or market surveys
Analyses economics and market data required for the research
Support the Economic Research Officer in the development of the research report

Qualifications and Experience

Skills and Qualifications
Masters or bachelor’s degree Student, in Economics, Econometrics or Statistics
Multi-lingual in local languages is an added advantage
Experience in urban programming knowledge of cash-based transfers
Must be able to work in a team setting and function in a culturally diverse work environment
He/she should be able to implement measures designed to monitor and implement project quality
Ability to write analyses data and develop research reports
Self-starter and ability to work with minimum supervision.
