Job Description
Zimbabwe School of Mines is soliciting bids from reputable companies, registered with the procurement regulatory authority of Zimbabwe to satisfy the following procurement requirements:
Duties and Responsibilities
ZSM 450. Tonner Cartridges: CE 252-A-Y (3), CE 252 -A-M (3), CE 252-A-C(3), CE 252-A-K (4); Xerox 5265 (2)
ZSM 451. Riso mastes e2type 30 5-7611 black(5); Risco stencil (5); Flat files [hard covered] 25x26cm (600); Suspension files (600); Paper puncher heavy duty (2); Filling Cabinet [steel] (4).
ZSM 452. Key cutting (34); Duplicate keys to registry, staff residence, hostel, and labs (36).
ZSM 453. Supply and fix tare to potholes on tarred roads within the premises. [Site visit will be held on the 28th of September 2023 at 10.00 a.m. by the reception.
ZSM 454. Repairs and service to brush cutters (6).
ZSM 455. Trophies (23); Shields (36); Fabrication of small ZSM shields (12).
ZSM 456. DOveralls [size 44 by 2,45 & 52] (4); Sunhats (4); Work Suits [size 45 & 52] (2).
ZSM 457. Hiring of water surveyor expert.
Qualifications and Experience
Bidders should satisfy the following requirements:
1. Attach a copy of tax clearance.
2. Attach requisite PRAZ documents (Relevant category)
3. Attach a certificate of Incorporation
4. Quote in both currencies, ZWL & USD
5. The delivery period should be stated
6. Payment methods should be indicated
7. Bid validity
8. Quotations valid for 30 days
9. Quotations must be vat inclusive.
NB: Failure to submit the above requirement will lead to disqualification.
How to Apply
Quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly indicating the Procurement Reference number. All quotations are to be placed in the tender box situated at the ZSM administration block or sent through our PMU email address: pmu@zsm.co.zw, on or before the closing date indicated above which is the end of the day.
