Job Description
Zimbabwe School of Mines is soliciting bids from reputable companies, registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe to satisfy the following procurement requirements:
Duties and Responsibilities
ZSM 321. Paid stamp (Qty - 1); ZSM 322. Service for HP 1320 printer and repairs to rollers and service, Service for HP Laserjet R2550D printer, HP LaserJet CM 3530 printer (Qty - 1);
ZSM 323. Starlink business standard kit with Mounting brackets 15m and 45m cables - (Qty -1), 6U cabinet (Qty -1);
ZSM 324. Car tracker system for Toyota Hilux twin cab (Qty - 2);
ZSM 325. Rubbering of canopy area for Toyota Hilux twin cab (Qty - 2), Bumper (Qty - 2);
ZSM 326. Branding of two Toyota Hilux twin Cab (Qty - 2), Seat covers (Qty - 2), Reflective lines (Qty - 2);
ZSM 327. Vehicle Servicing: Renault Duster AEF 5571 (Gearbox mounting damage-replace damaged mounting (Qty – 1), Repair front suspension (Qty - 1), Servicing inner and outer CVS (Qty - 2), Replacing driveshaft seals (Qty - 2);
ZSM 328. Vehicle Servicing: Toyota Hilux ABT 5359, Repair front suspension (Qty - 1), Double contact bulbs (Qty - 2), 3x501 bulbs (Qty - 3), Diff seals-diff leaking (Qty - 1), Brake pads (Qty - 2), Replacing half shaft, bearing and seals (Qty - 2), 5litres gear oil (Qty - 1);
ZSM 329. CAAZ -RPL renewal for remote licenses for L.Mapasure and T. Masunda (Qty - 2);
ZSM 330. Toilet brush and holder set (Qty - 4);
ZSM 331. ZSM network -vulnerability assessment and penetration test (Qty - 1);
ZSM 332. GKL 311 total station battery charger for Lieca GEB 222 batteries (Qty – 2);
ZSM 333. Repairs and service to hostel geysers that are leaking (Qty - 12), Replacement to malfunctional geysers (Qty - 3);
ZSM 334. Repairs to ceiling and roof woodwork at hostel-Replacement to ceiling boards and attention to roof trusses brandering that is supporting the roof (Qty - 2);
ZSM 335. Repairs to blaster/freezer room and cold rooms. It needs regasing, and attention to indoor units, gas pipes, and heater elements. Site visit on the 17th of October at 1000hrs (Qty - 2);
ZSM 336. Repairs to hostel leaking roof. Leaks are on where geysers are sitting on top of the roof. Tiles are damaged. (Qty - 2);
ZSM 337. Dry cleaning (Bed sheets (Qty – 32), Pillow-cases (Qty – 22), Blankets (Qty - 16), 2 in 1 blanket (Qty - 2), Fitted sheets (Qty - 6), Shower curtains (Qty - 12), Door mats (Qty - 4);
ZSM 338. Two bus batteries -for AEZ 1772 (12v 195ah cca 100aven 6-QW-195) (Qty- 2);
Qualifications and Experience
Bidders should satisfy the following requirements:
1. Attach copy of tax clearance.
2. Attach requisite PRAZ documents (Relevant category)
3. Attach certificate of Incorporation
4. Quote in both currencies, ZWL & USD
5. Payment will be done in Zig at the prevailing interbank rate
6. Delivery period should be stated
7. Payment methods should be indicated
8. Bid validity
9. Quotations valid for 30 days
10. Quotations must be vat inclusive.
NB: Failure to submit the above requirement will lead to disqualification
How to Apply
Quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly indicating the Procurement Reference number. All quotations are to be placed in the tender box situated at the ZSM administration block or sent through our PMU email address: pmu@zsm.co.zw, on or before the closing date indicated above at 16.30 pm sharp.
