Perfection is at the heart of what we do, and our people are always looking for the next big idea to cement our status. We are now looking to fill the role of a Replenishment Specialist to be based at our Harare Office.
The Replenishment Specialist will ensure optimal product availability at customer distribution centres and stores through data-driven forecasting, proactive inventory management and strong collaboration between Customer, Demand & Supply Planning, Sales and Physical Logistics. Out-of-stock risk management
Proactively identify out-of-stock vulnerabilities through analytics on demand patterns, stock levels and forecast deviations.
Lead mitigation actions including dynamic stock allocation rules, prioritised customer replenishment and cross-functional escalation.
Ensure early and clear communication to Sales, DSP, Physical Logistics, Customer teams and other relevant stakeholders.
Customer collaboration and issue resolution
Act as the key operational contact for VMI/CMI customers on stock-related issues.
Provide timely visibility to customers on supply risks, recovery plans and stock movements.
Partner with customer teams to optimise DC-to-store performance and reduce stock losses.

Lead root-cause identification and long-term corrective actions to minimise recurrence.
Support accurate and timely order fulfilment aligned to OTIF and COF metrics.
Billing, returns, claims and deductions support

Promote automation, data-driven decision-making and system enhancements.
Participate in market or regional projects related to supply chain optimisation, VMI upgrades or analytics.
