Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates, to fill the following vacant posts that have arisen within STAYSUN INVESTMENTS. The incumbent will be involved in planning, preparation and pricing of meals. Supports management through supervision of kitchen/canteen staff and participating in checking quality of services as per company standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing meals for customers and staff.
- Cleaning and sanitising work areas during meal preparations.
- Investigating and attending to customer queries/-complaints.
-Direct and coordinate activities of kitchen staff
-Inspect facilities or equipment for regulatory compliance
-Oversee work progress to verify safety or conformance to standards.
-Assist in menu pricing and stock management.
-Inspect quality of delivered stock

Qualifications and Experience

-Diploma or national certificate in Cookery or Catering.
-Experience from previous similar environments (Catering/Food/Hospitality industries) will be an added advantage.
-2 or more years experience as a cook is also an added advantage.
