Job Description

Taking minutes of Council meetings and keeping of Council records.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Taking minutes in all Council meetings
• Receiving and classifying mail
• Upkeep and maintenance of the Council Registry office
• Circulation of minutes and agenda for all Council meetings
• Systematic filing of Council Minutes

Qualifications and Experience

• 5 “O” Levels with at least a B symbol in English Language
• At least a National Diploma in Records Management or Library and Information Science
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite)
• A clean record of service within the local government fraternity
• At least 2 years working experience in a similar position
