Duties and Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Good records management and practices.
• Taking minutes in all Town Board meetings
• Receiving and classifying mail
• Circulation of minutes and agenda for all Town Board meetings
• Systematic filling of Town Board documents.

Qualifications and Experience

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
• At least a National Diploma in Records management or Library and Information Science
• Computer Literate ( Microsoft Office Suite)
• A clean record of service within the Local Government fraternity without any previous conviction.
• At least 2 years working experiences in a similar position.
