Position summary
Under the overall guidance of the Executive Director and the direct supervision of the Head of Programmes, the incumbent will provide legal counsel on cases that come via Kutabila Virtual Platform.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job description
Provide legal counsel on cases and be able develop new approaches to resolve complex issues; Prepare pleadings, notices and make appearances in court when required.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), license to practice law in Zimbabwe; Admitted attorney of at least three years standing and exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills; Experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents; Familiarity with people living with HIV and health rights and handling S/GBV issues will be a distinct advantage.
