Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for job opportunities that have arisen in NECTACARE (PVT) LTD in Zvishavane.The main purpose of the two jobs is to provide health care services including but not limited to midwifery services provisions and intensive care nursing, whilst observing and conforming to all the laws and customs of/ or affecting the nursing and /or health services profession and ensuring compliance with accurate procedures, code of conduct and other relevant codes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Main Objectives:
Health services provision including but not limited to midwifery and/or intensive care nursing
Regulatory compliance
Administration
Human resources management
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications:
• Diploma in General Nursing
• Diploma in Midwifery and/or Intensive Care Nursing Diploma
• Counselling certificate or diploma will be an added advantage
• Valid Practicing Certificate from the Nurses Council of Zimbabwe
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
• 3 years post qualification experience in nursing with midwifery experience and/or intensive care nursing exposure.
• Good communication skills
• Good customer care skills
• Excellent supervisory skills
• Good problem solving and decision making skills
• The ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision in emergency situations
• Commitment to handling private and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism
