• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent qualification
• Degree or Diploma in insurance will be an added advantage
• Certificate of Proficiency
• Sales Management experience of at least 5 years
• Aged between 30 to 50 years
• Self-motivated and a passion for results
