1. REGIONAL MANAGER – (NORTHERN REGION)
Job Purpose
To lead regional operations, drive business development, and ensure effective service delivery within the Northern Region.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales, business development, and customer acquisition
• Manage account relationships and service delivery standards
• Implement banking strategy at regional level
• Oversee financial and portfolio risk management
• Lead and develop staff within the region
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• First Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Studies, IT or related field
• Postgraduate Banking qualification is an added advantage
• Strong experience in branch/regional banking operations
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
