Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
 Management of Africa Lotto branches and retails

Duties and Responsibilities

DUTIES
 Managing and being accountable for the region in all aspects of the business.
 Ensuring Excellent Customer Service in all branches in a region
 Sales Performance and profitability
 Brand management and Promotions
 Overseeing that the branches are operating within targets, standards, policies, procedures, rules and regulations as laid down from time to time
 Business Development and Customer liaisons

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS
 A Degree in Sales and Marketing or Related Qualification
 Knowledge of Computers and Administration is essential.
 Excellent Customer Service
 3 years relevant experience in Business Development

REQUIREMENTS
 Minimum: Degree in any area of Business
 At least 5 years experience in operations management
 Retail or branch management experience elsewhere is an added advantage
 Willing and able to travel across the country
 Driver's License is a must
