Job Description

A vacancy for a Receptionist has risen within a Transport & Logistics company .The person should be well groomed with strong organisational and communication skills. Excellent customer service. In depth knowledge of directing callers to the right person.

Duties and Responsibilities

Highly skilled in answering a multiple telephone line
system
Good maintenance of reception area
In depth knowledge of directing callers to the right
person
Thorough understanding of monitoring visitor
access
Ability to update appointment calendars, schedules
and maintain meeting rooms
Excellent knowledge of administrative and clerical
procedures
Ability to give accurate and detailed information to
visitors and callers

Qualifications and Experience

3 Years Experience in similar position
Good computer knowledge and skills
A levels
A receptionist course
Accounting Knowledge
Diploma in Business Administration
A diploma in secretarial will be an added
