Receptionist Grade 10 (1 Post)
1. Answering, forwarding and screening incoming calls.
2. Making Outgoing calls and recording them.
3. Keeping records of personal calls and submit for payment to salaries
4. Recording, sorting and distributing mail
5. Filing
6. Helping maintain workplace security by attending to the visitors log
7. Attending to visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
8. Assisting clients in finding their way around offices
9. Providing excellent customer service
10. Taking messages
11. Monitoring the computer printout calls
12. Reporting telephone and computer breakdowns
13. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
14. Any other related duties as assigned by the Administration Officer
1. 5 0 Levels including English and computer literacy
2. Degree/ Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies /Public Relations/ Office management or equivalent
3. At least 2 years experience as a receptionist, switchboard operator, or in a related field
4. Competence in Microsoft applications including word, excel and outlook
