Job Description

Welcome clients and provide basic information on services offered by the organisation

Duties and Responsibilities

Control switchboard and reception area
Receive and distribute daily mail deliveries
Welcome and direct visitors appropriately
Answer and transfer incoming calls promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

National certificate in Secretarial Studies/ Office Administration
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite)
2 years relevant working experience
Switchboard certificate an added advantage
