Position: Receptionist
Location: Harare and Kadoma
Type of Employment: Permanent
Roles and Responsibilities
· Attending to visitors and directing them to respective offices
· Manages company petty cash and company stationery requirements
· Typing Services e.g. writing requisitions for general expenses
· Issuing forms e.g. Salary Advance, Leave forms, Journey sheets
· Receiving Communications (logging mails, applications, emails, calls)
· Channeling Client complaints (recording, communication)
· Assist in Messenger duties
· Any other duty as assigned by the immediate superior
Qualification and Experience
· Certificate in Secretarial Studies or Higher
· Marketing experience is an added advantage
· A minimum of two years’ experience
· Computer literate in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
Qualities and Other Attributes
· Able to multi task, do itineraries, print, reply to emails
· Good oral, writing and telephone communication skills
· Fluent in Shona, Ndebele and English is desirable
· Aged between 21-27 years
· Well presentable
