The receptionist will be a first person to be contacted in our premises. His/her roles are key in the day to day activities of the organisation.
• Attending to visitors and directing them to respective offices
• Manages company petty cash and company stationery requirements
• Typing Services e.g. writing requisitions for general expenses
• Issuing forms e.g. Salary Advance, Leave forms, Journey sheets
• Receiving Communications (logging mails, applications, emails, calls)
• Channelling Client complaints (recording, communication)
• Assist in Messenger duties
• Any other duty as assigned by the immediate superior
• Certificate in Secretarial Studies or Higher
• Marketing experience is an added advantage
• A minimum of two years’ experience
• Computer literate in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
Qualities and Other Attributes
• Able to multi task, do itineraries, print, reply to emails
• Good oral, writing and telephone communication skills
• Fluent in Shona, Ndebele and English is desirable
• Aged between 21-27 years
• Well presentable
