Duties and Responsibilities
- Acquiring mandates for property sales and management.
- Conducting market appraisals.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Conducting property viewings, inspection, and follow-up with potential buyers.
- Negotiating sales deals with clients.
- Managing the sales process.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Qualifications in real estate, marketing, or any other related.
- Studying EAC negotiator course (an added advantage)
- Knowledge of AML in real estate practice.
- Good negotiation skills and effective communication.
- Professional and organized.
