Job Summary
Cimas Health Group's purpose is to inspire healthier communities. In pursuant to this purpose, Cimas is searching for a Radiographer to carry out X-Ray, CT, Mammography and MRI examinations in order to produce high quality diagnostic images that aid in the diagnosis of various patient conditions whilst maintaining radiation safety.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Administering contrast agents to patients for CT and MRI examinations.
• Operating radiographic equipment such as X-ray machines, MRI scanners, CT scanners, mammography machines and image intensifiers.
• Preparing patients for examinations by explaining test procedures and ensuring patient comfort during procedures.
Documenting standard operating procedures of the current and future diagnosti maging examinations processes and policies, in consultation with the proces: owners.
• Ensuring alignment with current information security and organizational policies.
• Conducting gap analysis between current and new processes.
• Ensuring process improvement at every point, which includes identifying improvement opportunities and consequent change management.
• Creating, maintaining internal documentation and support material for future training of diagnostic imaging examination processes including knowledge management.

The ideal candidate
should possess the ability to analyse and solve work related
problems to achieve the correct outcomes. Clear verbal, written communication and ability to prepare accurate reports are essential, as the role involves collaborating with a team of diverse medical professionals and patients.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Radiography (Diagnostics).
• Registered with the Allied Health Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe.
• Must have an Open Practicing Certificate (OPC).
• Minimum of 2 years private practice experience.
