Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Quantity materials required for construction projects
• Identity and source quotation for suitable materials on each project
• Administrative work for construction projects
• Checking quality of materials and ensure quality workmanship. Materials inspection to ensure adherence to specification
• Project supervision
• Production of project progress reports
• Measurements of works done and preparation of payments claims
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same position
