As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our pharmaceutical products, implementing and maintaining quality control systems, and supervising quality control staff. You will be a key member of our quality team, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and regulatory requirements.
Manage and supervise quality control staff
- Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, QMS, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct analytical testing and investigations
- Develop and implement validation protocols for analytical instruments and processes
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams
- Identify and resolve quality control issues
- Develop and implement corrective action and preventative action.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control management in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of GLP, GMP, QMS, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with validations and analytical instruments
- Certification in quality control or quality assurance (e.g. CQP, CQAP) an added advantage
