Job Description
• Reviewing quality control and quality assurance programs; amendment of procedures, generating reports and maintaining records
Duties and Responsibilities
• Works on resolution of customer complaints by carrying out route cause analysis and corrective action and make follow ups
• Design, implement and improve in house quality procedures, standards, and specifications for the business
• Determine quality gaps and implement gap closures
• Monitors adherence to quality standards
• Administer periodic site inspections to determine adherence to quality
• Schedules and carries out internal audits
• Ensure a positive relationship with external certification body – Standards Association of Zimbabwe
• Conducting trainings thus ensuring that employees are aware of the Quality Management Systems
• Ensure attainment of key performance indicators as set in the performance dashboard
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES
• Bachelor’s degree in health and Environmental Management, Marketing or any related filed
• 3 years post qualification experience in a similar or related role
• Trained internal auditor for ISO systems
• Active in the implementation and development of ISO standards
• The ability to consistently identify mistakes across thousands of inspections
• The ability to closely follow quality standards
• In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies
• Good customer focus
• Sharp attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous and diligent attributes
• Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
