Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our Purchasing and Supply team as a Graduate Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in procurement and supply chain management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement process, including preparing purchase orders and tender documents
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform procurement decisions
- Build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Participate in inventory management and control
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in Purchasing and Supply, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
