Job Description

We are looking for a Public Relations (PR) Officer to organize and oversee PR activities and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

To address and follow through customer queries and liaise with them in relations to stock deliveries, loan queries and after sale service.
Work together with other company departments to resolve queries and maintain open communication with senior management

Qualifications and Experience

Strong communication ability
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Problem-solving aptitude
A Degree/Certifcate in Public Relations, or a related field
Experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role ( added advantage )
