Job Description

Job Summary
Cimas Health Group's purpose is to inspire healthier communities. In pursuant to this purpose, Cimas Health Group is searching for a Provider Liaison Administrator who will be responsible for engaging healthcare service providers and maintain cordial relations through provider registrations.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Profiling Service Providers for enrolment onto the service provider network.
• Creating Cimas Health Group outposts.
• Collecting, analysing, and utilizing data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between Cimas Health Group and Service Providers.
• Engaging, contracts and retains providers for the Service Provider Network.
• Resolving provider queries and ensures resolution.
• Identifying the medical aid tariffs risk exposures and escalates to the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

Key Competencies
The ideal candidate should have clear verbal and written communication skills and be able to produce accurate reports. Furthermore, they should be able to analyze and solve work-related problems to achieve the correct outcomes. The candidate must be able to interact, negotiate and achieve targets where required.

Qualifications
• Diploma in Nursing/Health Sciences or equivalent.
• 2 - 4 years' experience in a medical aid or hospital environment.
