PROPERTY SALES NEGOTIATOR
The opportunity
We are a dynamic real estate company seeking a results-driven Property Sales Negotiator to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing, negotiating, and closing property sales across residential, commercial, industrial and farm portfolios while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
• Market residential, commercial, industrial and farm properties
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and sellers
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close successful transactions
• Prepare and submit offers, counter-offers, and agreements in line with company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
• Provide professional advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities
• Source new property listings and manage existing mandates
• Ensure accuracy of property listings, photographs, and marketing materials
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare performance reports
• Ensure compliance with real estate legislation, company policies, and ethical standards
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• EAC Negotiator Course (completed or currently studying – an advantage)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Sound knowledge of property markets and real estate practices
