This is a short term-contract position reporting to the Property Officer (Credit Control).
The incumbent will be responsible for the identification, location, contacting rental debtors for the respective allocated portfolio as well as the compilation and maintenance of the databases.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
• Applicants must be recent graduates (within the last 2 years) in the following degree programmes;
• Real Estate, Rural and Urban Planning, Accounting, Finance or equivalent commercial/business management degree
