Job Description
A well-established Estate Agent requires property negotiators/trainee property negotiators.
REQUIREMENTS:
+Mature +25 years in age
+Previous Sales and Administrative Experience
+ Looking for individuals who were former bankers/
Insurance brokers and Administrators.
+Fluent in English Language
+MUST own a vehicle and a laptop*****
+Minimum educational requirement of 5 O-levels
+Any relevant Diploma or Degree
REMUNERATION:
NB* Commission based remuneration.
No basic salary.
Duties and Responsibilities
Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent property.
Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features.
Show properties to potential buyers.
Present purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum educational requirement of 5 O-levels
Any relevant Diploma or Degree
