We are seeking experienced and dynamic Property Negotiators to lead and manage our real estate team. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, setting and executing business strategies, and driving the success of the real estate brokerage. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record of successful property transactions.As Property Negotiators, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. You will leverage your negotiation skills, market knowledge, and client relationship management to achieve successful outcomes for all parties involved
-Client Management:
-Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
-Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Property Listings:
-Source and list residential and commercial properties for sale or lease.
-Prepare property descriptions and marketing materials to attract potential buyers or tenants.
Negotiation:
-Negotiate terms and conditions of sales or leases on behalf of clients.
-Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and other relevant documentation.
Market Research:
-Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about local property trends and competitive pricing.
-Analyze property values and market conditions to provide accurate advice to clients.
Networking:
-Develop a network of contacts including real estate agents, investors, and other industry professionals.
-Attend industry events and open houses to promote listings and expand client base.
Documentation:
-Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
-Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations throughout the negotiation process.
Customer Service:
-Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
-Follow up with clients post-transaction to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
-Present and sell properties to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value and benefits of our offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.
-Understand client property needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
-Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement:
-Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
-Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activities, and forecast future sales opportunities.
-Develop strategies to overcome obstacles in the sales process and close deals effectively.
-Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred) .
-Proven experience in real estate sales or property negotiation.
-Strong negotiation and communication skills.
-Knowledge of local real estate market and property laws.
-Proficient in real estate software and CRM systems.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
