To advise clients about real estate decisions, since, most times, a variety of individuals and/or clients looking to buy a residence to live in or a property to invest in for profit. One of the core tasks that are carried out by property negotiators is to utilize a significant amount of their time to find and attract clients, which may include activities such as cold-calling, following up on leads, marketing, and presenting business ideas to investor clubs and a range of other interested groups.
1. Securing Mandates from Sellers as you build a portfolio of properties for sale, management and valuations
2. Arranging advertising and other ways to promote properties for sale / rent.
3. Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database who are looking for that type of property.
4. Making appointments and showing buyers around a property.
5. Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase or rental and willing to pay an acceptance price.
6. Representing the sellers in negotiations with prospective buyers;
7. Monitoring sales as they proceed and liaising with all interested parties including mortgage, brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents;
8. Making sure that a price is agreed that is acceptable to both buyer and seller;
9. Perform best practices and constructive ideas for improvement to ensure high customer service quality.
10. To represent Royal Properties professionally, responsibly, honestly, and lawfully at all times.
11. To conduct yourself in a way that will enhance or add value to the brand that we are trying to build.
12. Provide feedback on selling activities to the Principal Registered Agent.
13. It shall be the responsibility of the Consultant / Negotiator to pay taxes to ZIMRA regularly and submit annual returns to the Collector of Taxes.
14. Outside deals will be treated as a criminal offense.
15. The negotiator shall make sure that he manages his time properly and professionally i.e. the time to start work (08:00 hrs) and the time to finish (17:00 hrs).
1. A college Certificate , Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration , Marketing or any related field
2. At least 3 years experience in Real Estate Industry
3. Strong negotiation skills
4. Excellent customer service skills,
5. Strong analytical skills
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
